Corrections Policy
How Waiver Clarity handles factual corrections, pricing changes, vendor feedback and material updates.
Our standard
When a factual statement is wrong or materially outdated, we correct it. We do not remove accurate criticism solely because a vendor dislikes it, and affiliate relationships do not determine whether a correction is accepted.
What vendors and readers can send us
- The exact URL and statement you believe is inaccurate
- A current first-party source showing the correct information
- The date the product or pricing changed, if known
- Context explaining why the change is material to a buyer
Material updates
When an update changes the buying recommendation or pricing analysis, the page should be rechecked and its research date updated. Minor copy edits do not justify changing a freshness date.
