Compare total operating cost, not only the cheapest plan
Estimate your peak monthly volume, number of signing devices, template count, staff users, storage needs, integrations and seasonal downtime. The cheapest base tier can be a poor value if it forces staff into manual work or requires an upgrade for one critical feature.
