This page uses current vendor documentation and pricing sources. We only label a product hands-on tested after completing our published test protocol. See the methodology.

1. Map the signing moment

  • Before arrival by email or link
  • On-site by QR code
  • On a shared tablet or kiosk
  • In the field without dependable connectivity
  • Through a parent or guardian for minors

2. Recreate your peak-volume scenario

Use your busiest hour or event window, not your average day. Estimate simultaneous arrivals, monthly signed-waiver volume, staff users and the number of signing devices.

3. Test what happens after signing

  • Can staff confirm completion quickly?
  • Can you find one participant months later?
  • Can you export a complete record?
  • Can you connect the waiver to booking, CRM or email tools?

4. Model the annual cost

Compare submission limits, device limits, templates, users, integrations, storage and seasonal pause options. Start with our pricing comparison, then verify the vendor before purchase.

5. Separate software fit from legal advice

Software can help collect and organize signatures. It cannot tell you whether your waiver language is appropriate or enforceable in your jurisdiction. Have qualified counsel handle the legal document itself.
